PhotoBook - Photo Printing App Reviews

I printed postcards and booklets. I liked the finishing of them. The delivery was a little delayed and this was because I required International shipment. I would love to have a blank template (a true blank without any line) where colors could be also selected for advanced requirements. Nevertheless awesome app and reasonable fees.

Photo book was low quality, the photo edits done in app didnt happen in the flimsy childrens quality book.

Tried to contact seconds after ordering product to fix a mistake. No way to contact. Messages on fb. No response. Beware, they take the money and run.

I liked using this app. It was easy and the end result is great. Just wish I could have used more photos. It took me less than ten minutes to create my book. Got it in about 2 weeks. So nice to have my photos in a book. If you are super busy and dont have a lot of time to invest in arranging pages and pages of photos, this app does it for you in no time. Simple to use. Saves time. Cost just over $50. Nice book.

I tried to order off of this app. It charged my credit card but never sent me any conformation of any kind and then sent me a reminder to buy my product!! No way to contact anyone in customer service! BOO!

I got charged on my card and never got my book, or a confirmation email! Ive tried to contact them THREE TIMES and tried to re-receive my confirmation and it never sends me anything! NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY! The customer service is terrible! The book never comes, they steal your money!

genius worked here. looks like apple and super fast. Hope the ordered book has same speed for delivery ...

After downloading 6 different apps, hated something about all of them except this one. Well played!

It adds photos that you didnt select and you cant remove them. Worthless.

Im trying to make a calendar, however every time I collect almost all of my photos, the app crashes and I had to start over again. It became frustrating because I had to scroll through thousands of photos to find the ones that I wanted.

Resolution on pic were so bad . Crashes a lot . Not worth it

Tried to make a sub $10 photobook only to learn at end of the whole flow its $20 for shipping. Bad.

This was a great idea but it adds pictures that I did not chose..

No option to pick up at Walgreens as stated available in description. No way to cancel order once processed and ABSOLUTELY ZERO SUPPORT options. No email, no phone number, no anything. And no submit or confirmation option at the end. Just goes straight to ordering.

It is fast and easy to put together a photo book and the prices (on the surface) seem good. But after spending time putting together the book, the shipping was $30 (flat rate for all).

Ordered a calendar for each of my family members, ordered it 13 days b4 the xmas cut off. Today is xmas and i have no gifts to give, an invalid tracking number and no way of contacting this company, their website does not offer any type of contact info and they are not responding to Facebook messages!

Cheap gifts for a loved one or just to remember memories.

Not very user friendly. Site crashed many many times while putting pics in order for book and had to start all over. Writing on a dedication page came out too small to even read. Overall book looks good but wouldnt use this app again :(
